Issam Al-Edrissi (born September 12, 1984 in Beirut[1]) is a Lebanese football player, who plays for SG Wattenscheid 09.

Al-Edrissi began his career 1992 in Germany on youthside for Schwarz-Weiss Essen, before 1994 joined to local rival FC Schalke 04. After six years on youthside for FC Schalke 04 was scouted by Rot-Weiss Essen.[2] Al-Edrissi played in the U-19 and was in the winter season promoted to the first team of Rot-Weiss Essen. After his first professional season for Rot-Weiss Essen, joined for 150.000 €uro to Borussia Dortmund II.[3] He scored 6 goals in 44 appearances for Borussia Dortmund II in four years, now he moved to SV Lippstadt 08. Al-Edrissi played in his three years for SV Lippstadt 08 seventy-eight games and scores twenty-five goals, before signed for Hammer SpVg.[4] After only one year who scores only four goals in 31 matches, was released and signed after a half year without an club on 26 January 2010 for SV Meppen.[5] After a half year with SV Meppen[6] signed in summer 2010 with SG Wattenscheid 09.[7]
He formerly represented the Lebanon national football team at international level.
His younger brother Khaled plays currently for Rot-Weiss Essen U-17 and presented formerly the youth of Nk Croatia Essen and ETB Schwarz-Weiss Essen.
